The Animal Ball
Clarence House
Tuesday 9th July 2013
The Animal Ball was held at Clarence House and hosted by The Prince Of Wales and The Duhess Of Cornwall.
My design was worn on the evening and im currently trying to see if I can get a photo of it from the Ball
The Animal Ball was a party with a purpose. All money raised will reconnect 2 vital forests in Assam, north east India. These forests are home to 1,700 endangered Asian elephants
The evening helped to raise the vital funds of £600,000, a significant sum that will create real change to this problem
Ive just received this email below from the organisers thanking me which made it worthwhile.
Elephant Family would like to send a heartfelt thank you for supporting The Animal Ball last week – what a menagerie it was! Your stunning masks created such wonderful energy throughout our project and acted as an integral tool in stirring the excitement and communicating the cause. Your vision and sparkle made for the most eye catching and elegant of designs and we consider ourselves very lucky to have worked with you for the first time.
Coverage of the event was seen all over the world and appeared several national newspapers, ITN News and Vogue to name a few. The articles can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
